We are not in-network with insurance companies.
Many clients use their out-of-network benefits, which may reimburse part of the session cost. To check your coverage, ask your insurance provider:

We provide monthly superbills you can submit for reimbursement. HSA/FSA accounts may also be used.

Please contact us directly for current session fees, we typically start with rates as low as $225, but we are happy to talk through options. We understand therapy is a financial commitment, and our priority is to accommodate your needs.

We ask for 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
If you provide less than 48 hours’ notice, the full session fee applies unless we’re able to find another time within the same week. Insurance does not reimburse missed sessions. -
Yes — We offer both in-person therapy at our Midtown East office, and virtual sessions for clients throughout New York State. You can choose whichever feels most comfortable or convenient. We also offer hybrid options.

It varies. Some clients see meaningful changes within a few months; others prefer longer-term support. We'll talk together about the pace and goals that feel right for you.

Most people start with weekly sessions to build momentum and skills. As you begin to feel more confident, we may move to bi-weekly or maintenance (as needed) sessions.
