Feel Grounded Again: Anxiety & OCD Therapy in NYC

Compassionate, evidence-based therapy using CBT, ACT, and ERP for teens, adults, and couples facing anxiety, OCD, life transitions, and relationship stress — so you can move forward with confidence.

Therapy to Help You Feel Calmer, Clearer, and More Grounded.

Anxiety can make everything feel loud and fast. In our work, we slow things down so you can understand what’s actually going on beneath the stress — the thoughts, fears, and patterns that keep you stuck. With warmth and evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, and ERP, therapy helps you feel more settled, steadier, and back in control again.

What Therapy Looks Like at NoMad Psychotherapy.

Feeling stuck can be exhausting. In therapy, we work collaboratively to loosen the grip of anxious thoughts, intrusive patterns, and emotional reactivity. Sessions are structured, paced, and grounded in evidence-based approaches—helping you move toward a life guided by your values, not your fears.

Support for Anxiety, OCD, and Life Transitions.

Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, intrusive thoughts, OCD, relationship stress, or a major life transition, you don’t have to sort it out alone. We offer thoughtful, evidence-based therapy to help you better understand what’s driving your distress, develop practical tools, and feel more grounded, confident, and capable as you move forward.
